Applications for Garlic Fest 2024 

Fully completed applications are due by September 1st, 2024.  Any applicants that have not completed the process will not be allowed to vend.

 

Please read these carefully and choose the correct application. If you are not sure please reach out before applying to avoid having to change your application.

This category is for vendors selling fresh garlic or other produce.  Please note, if you will also be selling any items that are packaged, baked, jared or in any way processed for consumption you must apply as a Packaged Food Vendor.

This category is for vendors selling food that is ready to eat. Either cooked onsite or brought into the fest, this category will include all food items ready to eat.

This category is for vendors selling packaged food items.  This is for food sold in bags, jars, bottles, etc. that patrons will take home to consume or prepare themselves.  This category will include items such as hot sauces, pasta, jams, spices, wine or spirits.

This category is for vendors selling manufactured items such as clothing, dishes, cookware, soaps, candles, imported handmade items, etc.

This category is for vendors who personally hand make all elements of the items they are selling.

This category is for vendors who have a product or service they want patrons to learn about.

We are not accepting applications for onsite alcohol vendors, this category is closed.

 

We are not accepting Food Trucks.  With very little exception all of our vendors sell from tents.

Vendors are required to offer at least one item for sale that emphasizes a garlic theme. A strong garlic-themed menu is expected by our patrons.  Acceptance and placement will be based on past participation, date and receipt of fully filled out application, and garlic-themed offerings. Placement will be announced the week prior to the event.  Returning vendors will be placed in the same location as the prior year unless requested otherwise.  In the event of construction or other barriers we may not be able to place vendors in the same locations, however all efforts will be made.

FACEBOOK EVENT PAGES. If you have a Facebook account please go to our Easton Garlic Fest page and “like” us. If you create a Facebook event, you may NOT title it “Easton Garlic Fest,” but rather "the name of your business at Easton Garlic Fest".

 

We are looking forward to a fun and successful two days for everyone involved and are delighted to have you join us as we Eat, Drink, and Stink in Historic Downtown Easton PA.
